A quick visit to Twig Farm
Emily Shartin took a recent tour of a few farms in Vermont including Twig Farm and Jasper Hill. Here are a few shots from Twig Farm showing their beautiful (and playful) goats, some cheese production and a snapshot of the cheeses aging in the cave. We'll put together a complete travelogue soon with more details and a few more photos.
