The combination is delightful on a bed of rice or sopped up with a crusty loaf of bread. Our Head Cheese Buyer, Marc, found this tin on a trip to Portugal and had to bring it in.
ABC+ sources their trout from the Rio Coura, in the north of the country. Innovative, experimental, and extremely small scale, ABC+ is breathing new life into the world of conservas. Their goal is to build on the rich tradition of tinned fish in Portugal by developing new, elevated recipes preserved in distinctively round hand-sealed cans.
