For each kilogram of miso, they extract only 180 ml of tamari. This precious liquid is a result of time working its magic. Slow fermentation creates an elegant flavor complexity and allows you to elevate your dishes with this rare condiment."
In flavor, tamari is similar to soy sauce but with a more delicate salinity. Add to dressings, marinades and sauteed vegetables.
