Description
Alchemist Jam is a company owned by Danny Roberts and Jennifer Fisher. They live in McMinnville, Oregon. Danny is a musician and skateboarder and has worked in the culinary arts for over ten years. After many years of positive feedback about jam that he makes, he was encouraged to start his own jam company. Jennifer is an artist who focuses on weaving and painting. They spend most of their free time hiking and their talks while hiking started to revolve around how they could create a business together where they can be together, make something wonderful for the world, and make a good living for their family, so they decided to make Alchemist's Jam a reality.

"In the summer we get fresh meeker raspberries from Liepold Farms in Boring, OR or from Pablo Munoz farm in McMinnville, OR. In the colder months we use flash-frozen summer raspberries from Blue Raeven Pie Company in Amity, OR. Organic rosehips and organic cardamom are sourced from Starwest Botanicals in Sacramento, CA or from Mountain Rose Herbs in Eugene, OR.
Our favorite way to eat Raspberry Cardamom Rosehip jam is on a buttermilk biscuit, on toast, in one of our jam pies, or in a thumbprint cookie."
