Best Olive Oil!
My all-time favorite olive oil. I moved away and can't find it locally so I order online every few months. You won't be disappointed.
We simply love this oil for its balanced flavor, varied uses, and gorgeous tin. We have many more complex oils, but we keep coming back to Alziari's as our old standby. A first cold-pressing of the tiny Nicoise olive, this extra virgin oil is fruity and fresh. Also available in 500ml tins.
About Nicolas Alziari:
To be honest, we were first drawn to the eye-popping tin. Since then, we've learned the substantial history behind his product, and we've fallen in love with the simple perfection in its flavors. This oil is made using the Cailletier or Niçoise olive. The mill is the oldest in Nice, dating back to 1868. The flavors are mildly fruity, with some hints of artichoke.
INGREDIENTS: Extra virgin olive oil (100%).
