Because of its delightful flavor and aroma it has become extremely popular for use in soft drinks, cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also imparts an exquisite flavor to soups, saladas, vegetables, gravies, fish, meat, fruit-juices, jellies, sherbets, ice-cream, and all similar desserts, regulating the quanity according to taste.
