We were the first store stateside to import these Tuscan biscotti. When they were put on the shelves, we had no idea how many of our customers would recognize them. Our first shipment sold out in days.
These are hand-made by Francesco Pandolfini and family in Prato, Italy, just as they have been for generations. We were amazed at how much product comes out of the small storefront, and everything from the shaping of the dough to the tying of the ribbon is done by hand.
Small and blissfully simple, these are the real thing. Made of sugar, flour, eggs, pine nuts and almonds. Very addictive, great with Vin Santo or a cup of espresso.
