Aria is the perfect every-day olive oil. Clean, fresh olive flavors in a high quality oil at a bargain price. It has a deep green color and a more viscous texture which makes it rich on the palate and allows it to stand up to cooking well.
Arias's combines centuries-old harvesting traditions with the latest in production technology to ensure that the oil they extract retails the special qualities that give ARIA its distinctive flavor, aroma, and low acidity (less than 0.5%).
Use it to dip bread, for sauteing, as a finishing oil and in dressings. It is made from estate grown olives that are cold-pressed in Crete within hours of being picked from the tree.
A dented tin is a cosmetic issue that does not affect the quality of the oil.
