Bahia de la Concha's extra large, plump, hand filtered white anchovies are preserved in white wine vinegar, sunflower oil, garlic and parsley, not the salty brine of a regular anchovy. Bahia de la Concha is renowned worldwide for the quality of their boquerones.
Add to your next charcuterie board, have as a mid-day snack over some crusty bread, or just rip open the package and eat over the sink. Absolutely one of our favorite fish snacks.
