Description
The Battenkill products was born in the summer of 2020, Leslie Kielson (the founder, owner and baker) took a bicycle trip through Northern Vermont with her wife. They were in search of an alternative high protein, low-sugar energy snack, so Leslie experimented. They were amazed at how just a small amount of her creation powered them up the many Vermont Hills!
After testing it on friends and family, the Battenkill Brittle Energy Bar was born. Soon afterwards, they realized that it was also fabulous on yogurt which led to this Battenkill Crumble.

"Battenkill Crumble is the perfect addition to yogurt, oatmeal or salad or to snack on. It is also a great addition to baked goods! The ingredients are organic sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, org. brown rice syrup and pecan meal. It has 8g of protein and only 3g of added sugar!"
