The potatoes are of the name-controlled Xinzo de Lima (Kennebec) variety which is carefully selected for the perfect balance of sugars and starch. The potatoes are cooked in olive oil and have a light dusting of salt.

When travelling to Barcelona, Formaggio Kitchen buyers happened upon a small shop stocked with a multitude of striking white cans full of potato chips. After tasting them, they discovered the source and made contact to see if we could bring them to the United States. Three months later, we brought in our first shipment.

Also available in a 3 Pack!

Featured as one of Oprah's favorite things of 2024 and in the New York Times.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fragile nature of potato chips, we cannot issue refunds for broken chips or cosmetic damage to the tins; however, we can accept claims for tins that have opened in transit and the chips are no longer contained.

This was a hit with my family this Christmas! The goal was to make people smile in what otherwise has been a hard year for most. Something whimsical like this can of chips was the perfect gift. I bought myself a can and my husband and I loved them! These chips are delicious, not too salty or greasy and authentic potato flavor.

I’ve been to the cafes called Bonilla a la Vista many times in La Coruña and other parts of Galicia, Spain. These potato chips are amazing. Light, high-quality potatoes and olive oil—and the tin makes a good storage container!
