The machine uses a heating lamp to melt the surface of the cheese, keeping the lower part of the cheese firm, allowing you to scrape off the molten top layer with ease. The set also has a rotating mechanism that enables you to pull the cheese out from under the lamp safely and gracefully.
Enjoy it with the traditional accompaniments: boiled or roasted potatoes, baguette, cornichorns, and cured meat.
Please note the machine doesn't include the knife for scraping the cheese. You can add it on by checking the box above or purchase it separately here.
