Description
Brie Mon Père ("my father" in French) was created in memory of "Monsieur Roger," a well-known cheese trader and personality based in 1970s Paris, specifically at the Rungis International Market, the second-largest wholesale food market in the world.
This cheese hails from the Vosges Mountains, an area along the eastern border of France near Germany, renowned for the exceptional quality of its milk. Beneath its velvety white mold rind lies a surprisingly light, creamy paste with a soft texture and mild, rich flavor, complemented by a hint of mushrooms from the rind.
