"Yuja is Korean for yuzu, the citrus fruit with a sweet, refreshing, and delightful aroma. This yuja peel has been minimally processed to preserve as much of the essential oils and nutrients in the peel as possible. We’re pretty exacting when it comes to herbal teas; they have to be just as complex and enduring as our true teas, and this one passed the test with flying colors. This is our 3rd vintage of yuja peel in as many years that we have proudly sourced from the same tea maker."
