These pepper flakes are made from Jimmy Nardello peppers and have tons of sweet, creamy flavor and no heat. Jimmy Nardello peppers are famous thin-skinned Italian frying peppers that pop-up fresh at our shop towards the end of the summer each year.
Perfect for stir-fries, stews, sauces and as a mild alternative to chili flakes. If you are sensitive to heat but love that pepper flavor, this is the pepper flake for you!
