These caperberries are the best we've found. We love them whether included as part of an antipasto, added to a Mediterranean fish dish, or as a garnish in our latest martini recipe.
These firm caperberries are the mature fruit of the caper bush. They are harvested by hand on the tiny island of Pantelleria, off the coast of Sicily. They're cured 20-30 days and are packed in white wine vinegar.
