These incredibly versatile capers, bursting with flavor, can transform any dish. Hand-harvested from May to August on the small Sicilian island of Pantelleria, they are cured for 3-4 weeks in white wine vinegar. Add a Mediterranean twist to your dishes by mixing them into tuna salad or combining them with chopped tomatoes and fresh herbs to create a salsa for chicken, fish, meat, or pasta. These capers are incredibly versatile and are so much more flavorful than any other caper we've found.
