Citrus Chios is a Greek, family-owned company established in 2008 that produces traditional marmalades, jams, and other unique delicacies utilizing ingredients from the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean.

This unique pocket-sized treat is made of quince jam spread between 2 thin layers of wafer and combined with crunchy almonds.
