Augusto Fieschi, passionate connoisseur of century-old gastronomic tradition of Cremona, began in 1867 to produce nougat, mustard and sweets using only carefully selected ingredients of excellent quality.
This is a Fruit-based sauce with a sweet and spicy flavor produced according to an ancient and traditional Cremonese recipe.
These white pears are carefully selected, then candied and dipped in a sugar syrup flavored with essential mustard oil. It can be enjoyed in any season!
