From the producers: "We make craft chocolate in small batches, each bar uses beans from a single origin and expresses the unique flavor influenced by where the beans were grown, when they were harvested, and how they were fermented.
Our chocolate is carefully roasted, refined, and molded by hand, each bar is then wrapped in traditional Japanese mulberry papper we produce in our studio."
