The Zinfandel vinegar has a rich "jammy" texture with fresh berry overtones, balanced with a pleasantly crisp finish. It is ideally suited for all things tomato... in dressings for leafy greens with fresh nectarines and a bit of blue cheese or reduce down and drizzle on figs wrapped in prosciutto with fresh mint.
