The bees forage the residues from insects (most often aphids) which feed on the sap of the plants, to restore this powerful honey , long in the mouth and with a strong aromatic intensity . It is recognizable by its deep and dark color , almost black, and develops aromas of caramel and ripe fruit .
Organic Oak Honeydew from the Pyrenees has many beneficial properties with a high content of mineral salts (mainly potassium and iron) and trace elements , perfect for athletes, tired people or growing children."
