A family business located in the commune of Salon de Provence, France, the Earl Mas des Bories comprises 1,700 olive trees and a private mill located in the very heart of the olive grove.
Mas des Bories is a single-estate extra virgin olive oil based on craft and intuition. The olives are hand-picked and transformed in our on-farm mill using mechanical extraction. The oil is bottled by hand on the property."
