Matiz’s tinned mussels are hand-cultivated in the estuaries off the Galician coast of Spain, an area renowned for its rich aquaculture and clean waters. Raised using certified organic methods, these mussels are then packed by hand in olive oil and vinegar – producing conservas that are wonderfully tender and flavorful.
