This Mortadella is the classic deli meat from Bologna, studded with pistachios and peppercorns. It has a silky smooth texture that melts in your mouth. We slice it to order, thin, unless requested otherwise. Layer it on a piece of crusty bread spread with olive tapenade, and you have an amazing sandwich.
