Olof Viktors is the name of a wood-fired stone oven bakery and cafe located in beautiful Glemminge, Sweden on the southern tip of the country. They are highly regarded for their breads and crispbreads as well as for other specialty items such as their jams and marmalades. All of their products are produced in small batches and by hand. Olof Viktors’ knäckebröd, Swedish crispbread, is a large rye cracker that's great for salmon and stronger cheeses or eaten with your favorite salted butter.
INGREDIENTS: Milk, rye flour, wheat flour, honey, rye sourdough, water, yeast and salt. Produced in a facility that processes: nuts, grains, oats, eggs and sesame seeds.
