Olof Viktors
Olof Viktors is an award-winning, wood-fired, stone oven bakery and café located in beautiful Glemmingebro, Sweden on the southern tip of the country. They have been regarded as Sweden's best café. The land they occupy used to be an old farm (circa 1890) and the vibes there are very cozy and rustic. They are known for their breads and crispbreads as well as for other specialty items such as jams and marmalades. All of their products are produced in small batches and by hand. We discovered their delicious crispbread and jams on a trip to Scandinavia several years ago. Their products are unique and perhaps underrated here in the U.S. They're also exclusive to Formaggio Kitchen in the U.S.
