They're highly regarded for their breads and crispbreads, as well as for other specialty items like their jams and marmalades. All of their products are produced in small batches and by hand. Ihsan and Valerie discovered their delicious products on a past trip to Scandinavia. Pictured here are the Triple Chocolate Cookies.
