Pasta Di Liguria is a family-run business that specializes in pasta from the Ligurian Riviera in Italy. We are currently carrying two inconic shapes from the region: Trofiette and Foglie d'Ulivo. Both shapes from the coast.
Foflie d'Ulivo gets its name because the shape looks like olive leaves. It is ideal served with a light marjoram and pine nut sauce.
