Pasta Di Liguria is a family-run business that specializes in pasta from the Ligurian Riviera in Italy. We are currently carrying two inconic shapes from the region: Trofiette and Foglie d'Ulivo. Both shapes from the coast.
Trofiette is best known paired with Pesto alla Genovese, blanched green bean and diced potato.
