Description
These slender peppers have the perfect balance of pickled flavor with a slight punch of heat on the finish. This traditional Basque pepper works perfectly in the world of tapas, usually paired with olives, anchovies or manchego cheese. We use these in our "bad boy" paninis at the shop with thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma on a crusty demi-baguette.
