Our soil fertility is improved meeting the strict requirements of organic cultivation, key to producing our quality organic olive oil which is high in nutritional value and contains all the codex of our unique and rare ecosystem. We live, observe and cultivate the land with respect, using modern scientific methods, always protecting the ecological balance of our sensitive ecosystem.
With a view of protecting our customer's health and maintaining our unique wetland, we cultivate our olive trees with certified organic fertilizers so they are not lacking in any valuable nutrients. Therefore the oil they provide us with is unique in flavor, has incredible aromas and is beneficial to our health."
