Quinta Do Freixo Portuguese Pumpkin Jam is THE most delicious jam I’ve tasted in years! Its beauty lies in its simplicity: no spices, just pumpkin and sugar. It’s sweet, yet complex, with generous chunks of soft pumpkin for texture. I received my first jar as part of a ‘flight’ of different styles of jams in a wonderful Formaggio Kitchen jam class, and this pumpkin was a favorite! Highly recommend!
