Saskatoon shrubs are native to Canada and the berries have proved an important food source for Indigenous communities in the region. Although similar in appearance to the blueberry, Saskatoon berries are actually pomes related to wild apples. Regalis partner with foragers in northern Canada to source wild Saskatoon berries in the summer months and combine the fruit with organic cane sugar, lemon juice and pectin to make this jam.

With a sweet and nutty flavor, Saskatoon jam does wonders for game meats, toasts and pastries, aged cheeses and ice cream.
