Made with potatoes and tipo 00 wheat flour, these gnocchi cook up with a tender texture and they hold together beautifully. Delicious with any number of sauces. The package touts the Italian tradition of eating gnocchi every thursday. You've heard of taco tuesday... how about gnocchi thursday!
INGREDIENTS: Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes), soft wheat flour type "00", potato starch, durum wheat semolina 5%, rice flour, salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid. Preservative: sorbic acid, natural flavor.
