Description
There's a reason this pasta is one of the staples on our shelves... they produce a product of remarkably high quality and consistency. They use ancient bronze dyes to extrude the pasta into a variety of shapes and the pasta is then dried for more than 2 days. This approach results in a dense pasta that has a porous texture that absorbs any sauce you choose.
Strozzapreti are an elongated form of cavatelli (small pasta shells that look like miniature hotdog buns).
