We discovered this wonderful producer of Balsamico at Salon del Gusto in Turin Italy. In addition to their Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia, they produce a number of other amazing balsamic products including this Pure, organic Balsamic without vinegar added.
This is a really rare Organic Balsamic, it is produced on the ancient estates of the Gonzaga family and aged in rare wooden barrels notably cherry and juniper wood. Time makes this pure Balsamico, genuinely thick, with authentic aromas.
