Description
In 1871, Mr. Schaal established his activity as a chocolate maker on the banks of the rivers of the Ill, in Strasbourg, in the heart of the historic district of Petite France. Passionate about his profession, and surrounded by a team of authentic chocolate makers, he soon supplied the shops of his colleagues with high quality, custom-made products. He thus became the Chocolatier of Chocolatiers.
