Description
Speedwell coffee has two roast levels for this great coffee, this is the darker of the two roast levels, exhibiting more cocoa and a toned down acidity.
This is their second year working with Kyle Bellinger from Osito Coffee, who helped them source and import this lovely lot. This coffee is a collaboration of coffee from four neighboring producers, all located in the hamlet of Picuma. Picuma is in the western part of the municipality of Suaza, which is in southeastern Huila.
