Description
La Strega di Triora has been producing seasonal preserves in Italy's mountainous region of Triora since 1986. Each batch is still made by hand and cooked in copper pots which helps the fruits to maintain their rich colors and flavors.
This wilde berries preserve (blackberry, blueberry and redcurrant) has a smooth and almost pour-able consistency, as no pectin is added to the recipe.
This preserve has pitch perfect balance of the blackberry, blueberry and recurrant flavors with a judicious amount of cane sugar harmoniously blended.
