Description
La Strega di Triora has been producing seasonal preserves in Italy's mountainous region of Triora since 1986. Each batch is still made by hand and cooked in copper pots which helps the fruits to maintain their rich colors and flavors.
This strawberry and thyme preserve has a smooth and almost pour-able consistency, as no pectin is added to the recipe. The thyme makes this preserve incredible delicious and fresh. For this reason, we love this over a toasted bread or stirred into a bowl of fresh yogurt.
