I loved my first cheese “voyage” to the Savoie region of France! It was very well thought out and presented, the cheeses were amazing, and the accompaniments delicious. I loved learning about the cheesemaking techniques, and the history behind each style of cheese. I can’t wait for the next voyage! Thank you!
